WCOAP - Day 4 (Team / RoE / High Roller)

Hi everyone and welcome back aboard the good ship WCOAP.

We have three events in play today - the Team Championship starts at midday, Mixed (Round of Each) starts at 1pm and the High Roller starts at 5pm - late entry for ROE and HR has been extended to 2 hours for both.

The draw for the first phase of the Team event involves 18 heads up matches.  The winner of each heads up match will win 4 points for his country.

Away on time in the Team Championship, following a short presentation cermony, where Frank Bailie - on behalf of the players, presented the APAT management with an individual silver awards to commemorate APAT's 10th anniversary.  A very nice gesture that was appreciated by Tom, Matt, Lucy, Leigh and myself.

The Heads Up results are starting to flow in.

Marco Wouters of Holland has beaten Jonathan Ross of Wales in match 3.

Norbert Bobra of Poland has taken the points of James Ellis of defending champions Scotland.

In match 15, Philip Henze of Germany has just beaten Irish captain Frank Bailie.

Dorina Cioca (Italy) takes the points against Ireland's Kevin O'Hanlon.

Antes Only Bracelet winner Alexander Bochmann (Ger) beats Rieuwert Fleer (Hol).

Italy take 4 more points as Gabriel Iemmito beats England's Joe Carr-Hill.
