APAT READING PL08 1st Dec NOTIFICTION for APAT Customer Services change

l have bought a seat for the PL08 for tonight but have been unwell all day and will not be able to take the seat. Karen Mead is going to play it for me. I would be grateful if the exchange could be authorised and transferred into her name.
