Apologies that you can't see the token in your account, I'll speak to Grosvenor and get this resolved asap.

The value of the tokens has changed from £550 to £560 for 2018, so this may have been the reason for the delay.

You will be able to use your £560 token to play a GUKPT Main Event in 2018.

The schedule is here

You will be able to use your £560 token for the £1k or £2k Main Events and just pay the difference if you prefer.
