It's a fairly late start for the main event day 1s - how many levels are there likely to be?

Can I register for other events on the 27th and 28th and then drop out and get a refund if I progress in the main?

Oh, and when does advance registration open?

Thanks

Apologies I completely missed this -

Yes the ME starts much later than we are used to, and we are expecting to play 11 or 12 levels, so from 19:00 - 04:00 for example (9 hours including breaks), but overall it fits for the venue with their usual expected playing times and local player base - and, consequently, we are starting other events later each day to compensate with most days not starting until 14:00, with some at 13:00

Can I register for other events on the 27th and 28th and then drop out and get a refund if I progress in the main?]#
Yes absolutely

Oh, and when does advance registration open?
Eventbrite 'Reserve A Seat' facility should be open later today (13th Feb)...

Hi Tom

What is the 3% deduction? Is it just on the re-entry portion of the high roller?

No Matt it's on all events - I've reworded the OP to make that more clear...

So what actually is it? I thought that a €60 event for example was €50 + €10, are you now saying it's €48.50 + €11.50?
