GUARANTEE YOUR SEAT IN ADVANCE

RESERVE A SEAT via the APAT Eventbrite facility HERE which will close when all allocated seats are reserved or at 11pm on Friday 27th Sep latest.  Clarification on the APAT Eventbrite facility is available HERE, and ALL players who reserve a seat must register in person, and pay the FULL buy-in and reg fee in the venue AT LEAST 30 MINUTES before the event advertised start time, otherwise the seat will be freed up at this time.  If you use this facility then thank you, as it helps pay for the APAT live blog/updates throughout the season.

ON THE DAY players can buy-in at the venue on a first-come-first-served basis from 1 hour prior to each event.

14:30 Main Event* English Amateur Poker Championship Day 1 - NLHE £75+£15 Freezeout (40K stack, 40 min levels, Late Reg/Alternates until end of second break (6 levels)). Deals are not facilitated for the Main Event.  The top three finishers will receive the coveted APAT National Championship Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.

Sunday 29th

The casino is located on the seaside near the ASDA Brighton Marina Superstore and opposite the Cineworld Cinema Brighton.

Parking is free on-site in front of the casino, or free in the multi-storey car park opposite the casino.  The nearest bus station is the Marina bus station 100 yds from the casino, which serves the 7, 14B, 21, 21A, 23, 27, 47, 52, 57, and N7.

No membership is required.  The casino is open 24/7.  The poker room will be open for registration from 1 hour prior to the first event each day (but from 1pm on Saturday for the Main Event). 

EVENT REGISTRATION

You are advised to turn up well in advance to complete event registration. 

Event registration will open in the venue 1 hour prior to all events for those NOT bought-in in full in advance and is on a strictly first-come-first-served basis.  Players may leave the venue after registering for an event but we encourage you to be back and seated by 5 minutes prior to the event advertised start time.  However, it is not obligatory to be in your seat at the start of the events and if not, all players bought-in prior to the start of the event will have their chips put into play at the start of the event and, if not seated, will have blinds posted from the start by the dealer when due.

A live report blog/update on the Main Event will be provided throughout Saturday and Sunday.

Please note the event is subject to the terms & conditions of the Amateur Poker Association & Tour.

All events are subject to APAT/Venue discretion on the day, and structures/levels may be altered and timings changed if viewed in the best interests of the event.

I just saw the announcement that APAT's next UK stop will be at the Rendezvous Casino in Brighton for the English Amateur Poker Championship from September 27th to 29th. That's so exciting! I've heard great things about APAT's tournaments, and I'm sure this one will be no exception.
