Swinebag22 has it spot on , even if the sb did have 32o and was to much of a ***** to put 200 in it was correct to keep the short stack in so that he the big stack can steal from all the frightened passive weak players trying to cash and build a mountain of chips, only inexperienced players would try to KO the super short stack in this SITUATION...............

If you have the monster stack on the bubble, the micro stack is your best buddy... don"t knock him out unless you really have to. While he"s there, everyone else is in autofold mode, and you can be a chip hoover!!

i was effectively thinking that
but with 700 (should be 800) BB and his 400 BB then he"s already doubled him up anyway and although shortstacked he"s back in with 1100 and most of the other stacks have 2000 ish - so he"s not really a short micro stack (until the next hand when he posts 400 sb again)
noble1:
but you said he was sitting out?
--- Quote --- - one guy has somehow survived 3 orbits as short stack (he"s all in each time and he has had AJ, K10 and QQ to survive) and not playing at the table - sitting out
now 1 or 2 guys where a bit nervous and wanted to see the guy not present to be eliminated ( i was one with only 3000 stack and was in BB in 2 hands time)

Make sense now in this SITUATION ?????
hi_am_chris:
As people have said if ur the big stack its an easy fold as you can rape the bubble for another round of blinds
bigredders:
all previous postings are right, the correct play is to fold. BUT imo it is highly unlikely that the guy was thinking this at the time... this after-all is a 5euro game on virgin, hardly the best standard in the world.
he just didnt call because he didnt want to lose... i really think its as simple as that!
