150 minuts of good poker ruined by my normal lack of attention

sat with 29k i lose 5k with 9s the flop comes with a Kand a J so i fold

then a raise with AQ gets called flop TJQ check check turn rag i bet get raised i reraise he moves all in i fold he shows AK left with 14k instead of going for a walk throw all my chips in with 8s to a MP raisers who had jacks and calls

my usual online game again absoulute rubbish

i know but 2 hours online and my mind starts to wonder i was chip leader when i blew up
