SirPercival:
Has anybody tried HandHQ.com?

Does the investment in hand histories and pokertracker pay for itself?

I"m still sitting on the fence but would welcome the opinion of others.

I might be missing something obviuos here but I can"t seem to get PT to update tournament results. It is currently showing everyone as having bought in but nobody cashed. This gives a false impression of peoples ROI.

I also have no idea how it handles satelittes e.g Walsal qualifiers.

Thanks Alan for your tips so far, I"m surprised there are not more people out there using this.

it doesn"t know tournament results from your play. For stars the easiest way is to request last x tournament results, copy/paste the email into notepad, save it and manually import into PT. Do this periodically.

if you can"t import Ipoker results (must admit i don"t know) you might have to input your result. It has a facility to deal with satellites.

The APAT event was the first time i have played ipoker in a long time and the first time i have had use of a HUD whilst on ipoker. Was also playing 5 stars tournies at the same time. Unfortunately my HUD went berserk at one point and HUD stats from 6 tables filled my table. My excuse for shoving KQ over an UTG raiser ( i genuinely didnt see he had bet lol).

probably tink there are a lot of ppl using this, would guess approx 50% rarely use it to its full capacity tho. somewhere like 2+2 ppl will post an image of their stats by position and get a soul read+getting a new one torn so the knowldge your after is out there just gotta get at it.

Anyway, seems like your on a steep learning curve http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/ would prolly be a good primary point of referral to really extract the most value out of your $80/free trial.

Good luck
