Does anybody play blackjack on-line?

It's very common now that that poker sites have blackjack/casino links

I normally don't play them but I was waiting for a tournament to start so I decided to have a look. Not knowing that my in tier bank roll was put on the table, before I new it I was $100 down (which is a lot for me). It tuck me all week to win the $100 and it was gone in five minutes.

Is it a con?

Never tried it....alothugh my bro and a mate......simply stick to a colour, and double the stake until it comes in...hence double up... then walk away...  Mathematcially it WILL work..but maybe hit black 10 times in a row...your on red..can get a bit scary....1st stake...£2...£4...£8...£16...£32...£64...£128...£256...£512...£1024.

My mate had to stake £128 quid...but it did come in

Ah the monte carlo method. Risk your entire bankroll to win your initial stake. Very bright. Not!! Only good if you have unlimited funds and even then you don"t win much.

What on earth has this got to do with Blackjack??? I think you should have stopped at "Never tried it"

LOL - I think there might have been a mis-read there.

Also, the Martingale method does not work long term.  In fact, it"s bound to fail, as no one has the bankroll to sustain it.
