Honeybadg:
RT -$810 ... Sunday Warm Up paid for ...

In the hunt for another ticket ... I played a fully subscribed DS ... 100 Runners ... ten get paid ... (something at least) ...

Epic heads up battle ... and I finish 11th ... when I choose to push with K6 in AA ... earlier I pushed K9 into AA ... live cards please!

On a bright note ... no real bad beats either way ...

Honeybadg:
... played a qualifier for the I-Poker $250k ... AA into Kxx flop ... all in called by KT ... K River standard ...

RT -$859

Deary me ... "normal" service is restored ...

Time to meditate ...

RT -$871

Played another DS ... going well after KK vs 77 win ...

Starting to get into the middle of the field when KK again UTG ... min raise ... let"s in the big blind ... J9x flop ... not enough chips to do anything else but all in ... of course the BB has J9 ... could have raised more ... but wanted re-raised ... fair play ...

Tennis deserves a fifth set ... would love Roddick to come back ...

Honeybadg:
RT -$942

Made Final Table in the APAT ... short stacked for most of the game ... 9th was okay ...

Edinburgh looking good for at least two points.

Not losing with AA at the moment ... but developing a nasty habit of running into it ...

In the Warm Up turned top set ... river gave opponent gutshot straight ... I could have chased him away ... but not sure that is the right thing to do?

Running average ... I think average makes you lose ...

RT -$954

Got to final table of DS ... lost to higher ace ... fair enough.

Monday mornings are weird when you are not working ... sort of cool ... but sort of barren/sparse.

For the last ten weeks I have been on career break ... and I have almost forgotten what Monday mornings feel like.

For the ten years before I was very much in work and achieve mode - so Mondays were exciting /stressful/tiring - there are little pangs to go back to the city ... I guess they will be much stronger by the end of the summer.

I love the feeling of working as hard as you can ... something to ponder as I walk on the beach ...
