Payment Errors

Hi,

Just tried to register for the omaha, but the payment site said there was a technical error and that their engineers would be notified.  Went to try again and it said that my previous attempt would be cancelled but then I got a message saying the card is in use for another transaction.

Can I find out if any attempt has gone through or register some different way if it hasn"t?
