We have some top class talent in this team, by rights we should be at the top or at least in the top 3 by now, just circumstance has given us a slow start, but I believe our team is more than capable of coming back.

Is there anyway you could suggest of motivating the team?

There seems to be a popular way to get people motivated these days which might help your team. If the team finishes in the top 3 by the end of the league, your captain will have to book in with Tracey for a colonic at his own expense. Think of the "joy" he"ll have on the day. Go on, you know it makes sense. Good for the team and good for the team captain"s health.
