Break Even Percentages
smileriraq:
Guys im trying to find out some quizzes so I can work out BEP (Break Even Percentages) Ive tried doing in game maths online but its tough given online games dont give you a lot of time to respond (understandable)
Anyone know any quiz sites where i can test my mental maths
btw Yes I know I could use a calculator but trying to do it in my head so when i get to live games i dont have to take my shoes and socks off

met help a bit or at least get you thinking ;D
just remember though the 2 and 4 rule , thats ok for live if want to work out your chances of improving on the fly..
multiply your outs by 2 if you are only going to see the turn [anything over 8 outs you should minus 1 from the total]
eg- 10 outs 10x2 -1 [above 8 outs] =19% chance of improving
If you intend to see the turn and river then multiply your outs by 4 and add 1 and that will give you a near enough idea of your percentage to improve
If you want to improve how you view maths in poker then reading about sage will be helpful as well as improving your end game in mtts heads up...

so lets gets this straight.....
(((BEP+2B+B/P/100) * short stack) * number of dots on card / number of freckles on left hand) = sore head and trip to the bar needed. This odds malarky is easy. Mine"s a beer!!
