Registering for APAT on day of play?

When are the casinos gonna start registering, wont you get hundreds of regs just registering before us?

Advice please.

If the regional events are registration on the day - that brings up a few questions:



* Can you register over the phone?

* Are alternates being accepted for these events?

* What time on the "day" of play can you register (for example, can you register at 00:01 on the Saturday, or will it be from when the casino opens on that day - at noon or whenever)?
