The thing is, with blue square software, its not JUST their software, there would be a lot of other sites needing to be updated. Im not sure how much upheval that would cause

I"m not a fan of having no password for these events.
Surely you will get players who enter the tournament without any intention of being able to take one of the seats available.

I think these tournaments should have a password but with information stating that Blue Square members only have to go to this website to confirm their free membership. At which point they will be emailed/PM"d the password.
This means that they have to go to the site, so they will probably read a bit about what APAt is about. As well as improving site traffic to the site this will mean it will become much less likely that we will have entrants who don"t know what APAt is about and only entering - because it"s there.
