Welsh National 2010- Aspers Swansea

As I mentioned elsewhere, be aware that Wind Street is closed between 7pm and 7 am on Fridays and Saturdays as the heaving throng of punters seem to fall all over the place immediately they leave any building!!!!!

Must be the Salubrious air????

I don"t want to cause any panic but ......

As I live within a reasonable distance and as I"ve not been to Aspers before I thought I"d go this weekend to register in advance and play a regular tourney to get familiar with surroundings. I rang them up to check what ID I"d need and what poker tourneys were on this weekend. The girl was very helpful but said - they have no record of the APAT tourney the following weekend.

I assume this was just a lack of communication or has anybody else had same feedback ?

Hi Mike

This seems to be standard operational procedures for most UK Casinos. Reception has no idea of any upcoming events other that the cabaret acts...
