The holding tank has 141 people in it but still says open but when i try and join it is full??? i fault this event was 200 max?? were are the remaining seat?????????????? why is it so hard to find any info on this tournment, i even phoned the vic and they have no clue of this even taking place and betfair site does not even have no good info

The holding tank is still "open" because people can still unregister if they cannot make it. However, the actual seats are limited to 150 (which is the new normal number) but only 141 are available through Betfair, the remaining are withheld  for administrative/marketing reasons.
