Hi all
Just like to say that I played at Swansea at the weekend, and thouroughly enjoyed my first experience of an APAT live event. Far from being Amateur, I thought the whole organisation and coverage was superb and very PROFFESIONAL.
I got back home yesterday afternoon after a four drive and promptly sat and watched the live feed until the end, good stuff!
I was also pleased with my own performance, going out in about 35th! Exit hand found me looking down at As, and calling a push all in by a lady with a short stack, then being called by another. Hoping to get a big, near triple up!
Lady had 56s Other caller QQ me AA :)
End result: Came third in the hand :( Queen on flop, then Lady completes her flush!! FML!
But to be honest it didnt really matter, just enjoyed the experience. Had registered for London but have had to cancel as realised I had made another arrangement on 17th ::)
Anyway, just a big thank you to the organisers, I look forward to my next event!
