Plumped for the Premier Inn Castle mumble although it cost me 50 sheets so I"d love to know where the 27 quid comes from...The Travellodge even had a noise warning on its own website lol.

The Premier Inn in the city is £33 (Goldsmith St) is the one being referred to above. It"s different from the one in Castle Marina.
The Goldsmith St one doesn"t have its own parking and is further (i.e. higher cab fares) away from DTD.
If you want to be in the centre of town it (or the Travelodge) are "decent" choices for the money but I"d pack earplugs just in case but these things are usually exaggerated.

a good amount of drink consumed ,normally solves this problem lol

True...I always find it difficult to hear when I"m talking to Ralph & Earl on the big white porcelain telephone.

Iv booked into the riverside travelodge,I know it says it my be loud due to the area but got 3 of us booked for 2 nights for a total of £60.
For £20 each im not to bothered.
Booking both days as seperate bookings saved me aload of coin.

There is nowhere really near DTD. I got Premier Inn £27 a night.

Really? Where and how?

Sorry got it £29 a night £87 for 3 nights at Nottingham West 4.3 miles from DTD direct from Premier Inn website. may be a little bit more in taxi fares but considering the last time I went to DTD I had to fork out £105 a night at Holiday Inn I was chuffed!

Yes that is the walk that makes that travelodge within walking distance.
But I know plenty of people who wouldn"t consider that far walking distance.
