Whats the best bit of advice you have seen , received or overheard about anything poker?
In a forum thread someone wrote ""i fail to get value from TPTK and better""
he got one really good reply imho , it said - ""The way you do this is by widening your bluffing ranges. If you are not getting paid off with your TPTK hands, then you probably aren"t bluffing enough and people know that you have to have it every time you bet all 3 streets.""
Then the replier went on to write - ""Let me ask you one thing. If you are not getting paid off with big hands, then why don"t you play every hand like you have a big hand?""

if the other guy has showdown value and is going to call your value bet on the river, he is just as likely to call a big overbet as often as a small value bet.
