Some breaktime chip counts

Praz Bansi -- 10,275
Nick Gibson -- 11,700
Roy Brindley -- 8,450
Ramzi Jelassi -- OUT (photo of him below, apparently reading an encyclopaedia at the table prior to his exit. Hopefully we"ll find him to get what happened)
Juha Helppi -- 12,900
Camel Hawkins -- 9,600
JJ Hazan -- 6,125
Julian Thew -- 17,325
Roman Yitzhaki -- 6,650
Steve Jelinek -- 7,650

danafish:
Incidentally Roman Yitzhaki fans, I saw him having to lay down his button-raised hand to a reraise earlier, although that in itself was not responsible for the loss of a third of his stack. It is mainly an excuse to post this photo.

danafish:
Incidentally, I feel I should share with you that the Holland Casino is probably the most hallucinatory casino outside of Vegas that I have ever seen.

Exhibit A - Giant staircase with actual red carpet on it. Modeled today by Miss Jennifer Mason

Exhibit B - Inexplicable man in white suit and pink cowboy hat presiding over the proceedings.

Exhibit C - Some kind of Gambling Art collection on the walls, the highlight of which as far as I"m concerned is this lovely dress made out of cards.

Exhibit D - Chandelier made out of coathangers and fairy lights.

Exhibit E - the interesting lighting concept has somehow morphed Andy Black into something demonic. Look at his eyes!

Djinn:
