The seller should email customer@apat.com confirming that they have sold you the seat.
I think they will need your real name (& perhaps Betfair ID) because that"s the name that will be sent to DTD.

Have done the above and I have also emailed my details without reply. Was emailed at the beginnng of last week, any idea why I haven"t heard bk? I see a number of others have been closed....
