How do you boost you level status and stars ?

How do you boost you level status and stars, noticed some poeple joined after me now silver members with more stars.

I want more stars ! lol stamp me feet like a spoilt child  :D

Seriously any clues please ?

0-49 posts = New member + 1 star
50-99 posts = Bronze member + 2 stars
100-499 posts = Silver member + 3 stars
500-?? posts = Gold member + 4 stars
Not sure after that. I think the above are right. Just based on my own progression!

So in most cases it"s a reward for how much you contribute to the forum.

Although in Kinboshi"s case it"s a reflection of how much mindless waffle he can come up with.  ;D
