Note, if you will, Christan Grundtvig, partially obscured to the dealer"s right.  He"s had a good stack all the way through, and seems a very tidy player.  He appears to be sitting a foot taller than anyone else - he just sits up a lot, he"s not actually on a bar stool because they ran out of chairs.
