I went into about 48th - Rubbish ! and you would think that as I was running bad I would steer clear of the cash tables, nope felted twice there to !
So last night felt good went to Gutshot slow played ah kd got an all in call from one player after the flop £24 called he had two pair  qc kc but I had two pair on the flop AK held up.

YEAH BABY I AM BACK ! :"(

Well no over two and half hours lost, but with this week I still feel good as I no its my bad play not better players beating me. On a Poker break for a week, no reading, talking or watching poker just relax !  8) ooops typing poker lol

there is no way to ever deal with losing. unless you win a tournament you will always feel like there is something you could have done different. over time, i have learned that all you can do is get your money in good, if you make a mistake then try and learn from it and make sure you dont do it again.

over time, you will always end up a winner, you have good days and bad days, its just gambling in general. it works for me and i dont seem to do too bad at the game  :). Although i expect i will never win another hand again now i have typed this in lol. If you play 1 tournament with 60 players in a week, as long as you are winning 1 every 7 or 8 months, you run at a pretty good strike rate, always remember that you cant win and probably wont win every week!!
