I"d also point out Mark Donnelly to people who complain that they haven"t been able to get a seat in any of the tournaments. I"ve always maintained that if you want to play in any of the live events you can. Mark didn"t have a seat for Ireland. So he travelled over without one, got to the card room early and got onto the reserve list for the day, and took up the inevitable places left empty by those dropping out. Again, he showed that he"s rightfully at the top of the leader-board by reaching the points (and nearly reaching his 3rd final table).
Where there"s a will, there"s a way. Lee Mulligan did the same in Scotland (not reaching the points - but turning up in the morning to get in on the day).

Shouldn"t really make this known as more and more people in future will be trying this. Me and the wife both travelled over to Dublin without a seat in the tourney, we arrived early put our names on the reserve list and managed to get in.

Just to manage expectations at future events though.....there were those who did not manage to get into the tournament!
