is there any way of transferring the seat without waiting for DTD to open or will i have to stick around for a couple of hours

can meet anywhere to pay but i think we need to inform the APAT guys at DTD in person to effect the seat transfer - is this correct?

Definitely Leigh/Tighty and they can walk you over to the DTD cash desk to make sure that everyone is working from the same list.
