if i reraise on the flop can he throw away..

not really - if he"s putting you on a flush, then given the preflop action, you can only really have AK/Q hearts, and that"s such a narrow range.  Your shove looks like an overpair with a heart - it"s fairly unlikely that you"ve hit a set on that board (given the preflop action)..... so, call with AA needing to fade a heart is pretty reasonable.

Apart from that, this is a $22 tourney and he has AA.... nuff said.
