Game 8 of Nottingham"s bid to win successive promotions is at 8pm on Sunday 5th December on Betfair.

Game 7 was a bit of a washout for us. Despite having more runners in a smaller field, we all crashed out relatively early. Dave Ensor (denzal1964) was our highest finisher in 17th.

However it wasn"t disastrous as Leeds, our rivals for the 3rd promotion spot, failed to score as well. So we still have 1 point between us and them.

I reckon another 2 points will see us safe for promotion, so let"s try and bag them this week. We probably won"t match the numbers of Luton or Sunderland but we"re due some run-good.

I"m hopeful of having 2 or 3 new folk playing again this week, so it"d be great to get as many old names regged as possible for a bumper turnout. If we had as many playing as Luton or Sunderland we"d be running away with it!
