The hot news is that Walsall is in big trouble - only 4 left and 3 of them are currently out of the points.
We only have 5 left but we are in positions 4,5,13 & 14. If we can seee off the Wallys we can concentrate on fighting the other teams.

MintTrav:
2nd break, 23 left.

We have 4 left.

lovemuscle90, playing a high-variance game, previously in 2nd, went right down but is now back up to 3rd, RaggyMaggie is in 9th, woddylppl in 10th and I"m in 21st, having made 2 big folds just before the break.

The Wallys have hauled themselves back into it - 3 left, 11th, 12th & 20th.

Godammit, they had another one hidden away. They snuck in a ringer who I didn"t know was their"s. Who the hell is Stingerai? Anyway he fell just outside the points, as did our Woody, very unluckily.

Interesting week - with Walsall"s recovery, 4 teams have 3 scoring players each - Solent, Walsall, Bristol and finally, Birmingham, making their customary last-ditch run. That means we may not end up with the usual 3 & 2 points for Walsall & us, which is helpful, cos we need a big differential. Only 1 of those 12 players knocked out so far. I won"t say who it is, but I"ve got plenty of time to post about the game. Liverpool (2), Stockton (2), Edinburgh & Cardiff also in the points, so let"s hope Walsall get squeezed out!

We"re the ones squeezed out. I don"t know how we manage to do it from such good positions. No points for us. Walsall is guaranteed at least 3rd but look like they will win the game. With us not scoring, that means they will win the league tonight if they win the tournament. I"m off to bed - let"s hope someone else can do us some favours.

And then Walsall crash in 7th & 8th, not improving on the single team point they already had. We"re still in it!
