Did I miss a wedding?

Have photos to prove you were there in full gear. ;)

New Year, new blog name.
Look, we all know I"m not likely to keep this up for long but...
Well 2011, I didn"t see that coming.
Domestic arrangements have changed somewhat and my regularity of attendance at APAT events is in severe doubt. I reckon we can pencil-in Nottingham for the World"s as a minimum but there may not be many others.
Dawn and I have had a fantastic first 6 months getting to know each other and bringing Jaxie Towers up to scratch. It"s gone a whole lot better than I"d have ever thought possible.
Tales of domestic bliss,...
Jaxie Towers was hit with a hitherto unknown influx of folk for Christmas this year. The inimitable Mr Smyth, his neighbour, Mr Lybert and the newlywed Sharples shared Jaxie"s first Christmas together. I"m used to spending Christmas on my own but it was really nice to spend it with a few friends.
DIY...
Today, New Year"s Eve I might add, I fitted a new carriage lamp fitting down the side of the house and a rather pleasant bulkhead fitting adjacent to the front door. It"d be nice to think a few of you might get to see them over the course of the coming year.
...& other nonsense...
Dawn and I spent our first New Year together, stopping in enjoying each other"s company. It was very low key but Dawn"s threatening me with fireworks next year - hopefully I won"t be strapped to them :)
Fatcatstu:
so glad you are happy, both of you :)
