Didn"t get home until 10:30 and by time I had logged on I had come a creditable 77th without playing a hand. Some people might say that would have been better than if I was playing myself but the least said about that the better.
The main problem was is that when I had the lap-top at around 8pm was just about the same time that the Neil Diamond CD came on and my wife decided that all the girls should sing karaoke. I lost hands down without any argument.
Hopefully the next fixture doesn"t coincide with any birthdays, funerals, christenings or Royal Weddings and I should be fine to play... Earthquake or tsunami permitting..

At least my entry fee has gone towards the prize pot anyway.....
