S5 round 1 report

Our best ever turnout wasn"t enough to bag us any league points despite a fantastic effort from Gary Suffolk and Richard Couch, finishing 4th & 13th for 18 & 6pts respectively for a team total of 24pts. This put us in 5th place out of the 11 team division. Respectable enough, but room for improvement :)

Honourable mentions also go to Matt Poyser, Dave Ensor, Stewart Brodie and newcomer Simon Smith, who all had deepish runs.

If we"re going to do any good this season we"re going to have to increase our numbers. Please mention this to your friends and try to get them to play. Also, if you haven"t joined the facebook group please do. Let"s spread the word by sharing links etc.
