Santino67:
Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year Colin, all the best mate, hope you"re heading to Brighton in January  8)

thinsy147:
So, Christmas Day and Boxing Day has passed, plenty of food was eaten. In particular, too many sprouts!
Not a pleasant aroma!!

This evening I decided to have a little poker-time:

Played 3 PokerStars, 180 man $8 Turbos......

Game 1: $0
Game 2: $388
Game 3: $15

thinsy147:
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE

I have been reading other members goals for 2012 and have considered doing my own.

Unfortunately, due to this year being the year where I"m starting my own business and becoming a dad I"m not sure how successful I would be at reaching any poker goals. Having said that, I have made a couple!!  :P

1. Use my online bankroll wisely and effectively. I often build it up steadily then go on a bankroll bender!

2. Qualify online for a DTD Deepstack or similar.

2 1/2. Play more APAT games (as long as I"m allowed out by the missus!)

GOOD LUCK ME!  ;D

thinsy147:
A good start to the new year so far:

A short session playing MTT"s has seen a $123 increase in my bankroll

thinsy147:
Had another small profit online tonight. My bankroll is nearly sufficient enough to warrant the buy-ins I"m playing!!!

I"ve never been great at bankroll (I have mentioned it before in my blog) but I can"t bring myself to go down to a lesser buy-in. I"ve been fortunate so far this year and hope it continues just a little longer!

Forgot to mention my "Live" win last Monday too:

£20 deepstack (10,000 chips/20 minute blinds) plus £5 bounties....

18 players.

Finished 1st for £185 + £30 in bounties ;D
