Do we know how the 15 teams will be selected and how/when the buy-in will be paid please? Just so I can make sure my fellow pub players are ready to part with their cash!!

I"m not sure of the criteria (but a small gratuity might work wonders ;D).
I believe that the general thought was that the captains would collect their teams buy-ins and pay them in one lump via an 888 tank much like a normal event.
That way there are only 15 to collect rather than a 120..simpler all round.
Of course, nothing has been confirmed yet.
