Station to the casino is 0.5 miles...dunno what the cost from Cardiff Central to Ninian Park would be but probably comparable with a cab (especially if shared).

Yes they"re allowed.
With regards to seats it appears that they been keeping a reserve list which is now full. So it"s unlikely anyone turning up on the day will get in, save for perhaps a few alternates.
