Eeeuuuw. Don"t like the sound of that at all!

The last few levels each day will be a total snooze-a-thon. Anyone with a big stack has no reason to play as they can get through by just folding every hand and anyone with a short stack is just going to nit up and take an age over every single hand in order to run the clock down and scrape through with just a couple of chips left.

Although i would have made it to Day 2 if they"d played this one that way as i went out with 6 minutes to go! Didn"t want to come back with 10 bbs so was shoving lots. If i"d known i"d come back on level terms with everyone i"d have simply folded my way to Day 2.

pretty sure they said that only top 10% stacks will get through to day 2, so shortstacks need to get moving, don"t they?

May try and qualify for day 2 online myself

It says top 10% go through. I presume that means top 10% of players. Trying to work out who the top 10% of stacks are would be crazy unless they mean the top 10% after so many levels. Even then that"s bonkers as people would need to know what to aim for when it gets to the last few levels.

It basically seems like they"re running satellites each day to Day Two rather than running it as a normal tourney.
