Grosvenor Walsall

I"m staying at the Walsall Travelodge on 23/06/2011 on my way from Norwich to Wales and am planning on playing in the 4.30pm £25 freezeout at the Grosvenor. Has anyone got any ideas how many runners this attracts or how long it goes on for? (not that I"ve got to be anywhere in a hurry). Also, is there much in the way of cash action on a thursday night in Walsall?

I made the mistake of playing in their Monday 15 pound deepstack a couple of weeks ago. They had 3 tables, about 22 runners.

It was self dealt, plus they took 4 pounds juice on the entry. Blinds up every 10 minutes, complete crapshoot. Managed to exit with 2 pairs on the flop with villian hitting a 4 card flush on the river.

Must say that the improvements to the building are very good, wish the poker was as good
