Won't launch...

I double click the desktop shortcut - quick appearance from the hourglass and then nothing

I right click and click run - quick appearance from the hourglass and then nothing

I click the globe and select the 888 icon in the Start Menu - quick appearance from the hourglass and then nothing

I select the program from the programs list - quick appearance from the hourglass and then nothing

sometimes, on the fourth fifth or later attempt it launches

But mostly I find myself having to reinstall the software - anybody else having the same issues, or has anyone else had the issues and resolved them?

Yep, this happened to me at the weekend.  I re-installed the software and it now works fine, and includes their latest updates.
