Being a spewtard, I would probably call and evaluate the turn.
A lot of scare cards can hit which might find him checking which you can then exploit.
He could limp A2/A3 if he has a lot of rubbish to go with it or 23XX, so he could have even flopped 2 pair.
A check call on your part defines your hand as a drawing hand or top pair.
You have 5 outs to the nut high, if villian has flush draw he has a lot more and is a clear favourite in this hand to scoop if he has the low ball as well.
Depending how I felt I could probably fold here as there is so many outs that give the other player a scoop and you have 5 outs to give the high and probably need runner runner just to lock the low.
I typed this as I thought about it, so it probably doesn"t make sense.

You only have the BB invested...I see no need to continue...JB pretty much covered it.
Fold.

I think it"s a pretty straightforward fold. You"ve got a very weak draw and not enough chips left to be messing about.
Even you if you hit your draw, depending how you hit it, it could easily give him the low and he could still have a draw for the scoop.
Much better spots imo.

Christ I agree with people here, just chuck em and find a better spot, shouldn"t be hard IMO
