Hi Jo,
Just had a look at your Database entry on the hendon mob, and realised by your pic that we played together in Nottingham in August, when you got 198th in the grand prix and i outlasted you by about 15 mins to get 190th. From what i can remember of your play we have a very capable captain leading us into battle with the rest of the amateur poker players round the country.

Where does everyone play locally normaly? I tend to go to DTD or the G at Luton although not so much. Might try and Sat into the 6 max at DTD this weekend

im from cambridge (originally from Stowmarket suffolk) so im
an hour from Luton (i play mostly here)
im an hour and a bit from fox, int, empire, western
and a cpl of hours from DTD only been there once :(
im playing in Birmingham for the Genting las vegas team challenge in a cpl of weeks and im playing the genting poker series at the Fox at the end of March and then playing at DTD sometime in April whatever they have the w/end of 20/21 (i must look into this lol)

Ahhh not far at all. I am between Pboro and Cambridge so Luton and DTD are a similar distance from me! Nice to have the choice!

Where does everyone play locally normaly?
I live in Cambridge, play live at DTD - which is no more than once or twice a year, although I"ve not been for a couple of years now. I also play in the Redtooth pub league every week at my local pub, but that"s just for fun.

In Peterborough, and go DTD to play live, sometimes G @ Luton, but DTD is only hour and a bit.

My favourite place to play is the Vic in London...but after going to Aspers in Stratford over the weekend I may be going there more often...since there aren"t any good places in Essex to play (except the Essex home game of course) I always go to London to play... :)

I"ve never played at the Vic, keep saying I will but the pull of DTD is always too much! Definitely this year though...!

APAT held the UK"s first ever Razz tournament at the Vic, in the 2008 WCOAP.
Now that was a proper larf...
If I remember correctly, my son came in to help with the live updating and he found the simplest definition of Razz ever online - on some bot soaked one page site, and typed it onto the live update...on my account!
Players were pulling the pee out of me for months afterwards....
