Title: Help Needed please

Hi peeps,

Im having technical issues with my lappy/ William Hill client....

I downloaded the poker client last week, deposited etc etc, everything fine..even played a MTT and ring game to get acustom to software etc..

Today i click on icon on desktop and keep getting error message.. C/Poker/William Hill Poker/casino. exe is not a valid Win32 application.

So i called their "award winning" customer service help centre who could not help, they suggested i uninstall i then re install.. i have done this three times. called them back they suggested i clear all browser history cookies etc.. done this still no joy!! >:( >:( >:( >:( they cant suggest anything more i can do?

Has anyone else had same issues and been able to rectify? lappy close to be thrown on main road.. all other poker sites are working fine hmmmphh.

I can"t help you with your specific problem - I"ve not installed the software myself - but the link below may give you an idea of what may be causing your problem and some solutions...

Thanks for that Ian, I will endeavour to try and fix the problem today!!! Computers confuse me lol..

Thank goodness for online pc doctors  :D £20 and 2 hours later problem finally sorted..

Would highly recommend Jupitor support for the work they do cant fault it!!.. But would warn anyone now they are VERY pushy when it comes to getting you to take out their yearly package for £99.. disgusting in fact, i ended up having to threaten them i would hang up on them if they mentioned one more time if they could ring me back next week to take this out...
