Anyone got some hand examples where multiple opponents turn over weird hands? So not "Fish called me with 72o and hit" etc.
Playing the Hot $33 today. effective stacks are about 2.8k, blinds 20/40, so 70BBs or so.
UTG limps 40
UTG+1 limps 40
CO min raises to 80
BUT (Hero) reraises to 240 with Qc Qh
UTG calls
UTG+1 calls
CO calls
Should"ve made it a bit bigger in hindsight to around 300-350, but wasn"t expecting everyone to call.
Flop (1020) Js 4d 2c
UTG checks
UTG+1 bets 560
CO calls 560
BUT shoves ~2.6k
UTG shoves ~4k
UTG+1 shoves ~2.7k
CO calls all-in ~2.8k
I wasn"t going to pass an overpair in this tournament on this flop. I"ve run into a set, fair play, or have I?
UTG shows Ks Kc
UTG+1 shows Jd 2d
CO shows 9s 9d
Am "WTF" for all 3 hands.
Most annoying thing is that I"d only played a satellite to it to boost my roll that"s taken a pummeling this year - it finished about 2 minutes after the tournie started so I couldn"t un-reg!

Only need to think about effective stack vs 1 opponent imo. From the looks of it the KK played it bad by limping then peeling to allow others behind in. And yeh i would of raised it 300 or so, once the utg call then the others are not gonna fold.

Effective stack is just from my POV. Not a strategy hand that needs analysing, just amused that everyone played their hand terribly! Wasn"t like it was micro stakes, but I"ve long since given up wondering if anything goes through some people"s heads!
