Title: Staying near the Vic

Heading down to the Vic on the 17th November, wondered if anyone had tips regards best places to stay near the venue or cheap/reasonable accommodation within a short taxi ride ?

Sussex Gardens just across the road has some nice and also some very cheap n not so nice places.
just the other end of said road and a bit further towards the park are some fine hotels and reasonable prices. Taxi ride or walk...prob best taxi if 4/5a.m. although i have always felt safe around these parts.
Nowhere specific i am afraid, i have stayed in quite a few and never been really disappointed with any of them.

Bainn, me and runadrum all playing the Poker Player Tour Grand Final at the Vic this weekend.  Anyone else going to be there?

I would be very surprised if no other APAT members turned up.
