It"s network driven, so the tourney will have a registration criteria on it

Yes.

Raked hand:
A raked hand is one where you have contributed to the rake. That means you"ll either need to see the flop yourself, or have paid a blind and the flop is seen on that hand (whether or not you make it as far as the flop). Hands that are taken down pre-flop are not raked.

Thanks Leigh. It is now showing in the lobby but it states that registration opens at the same time the tourney starts. Let us know what you find out.
