Title: Introducing Irish Tom & Mark The Shark
Post by: Chipaccrual on May 20, 2013, 15:59:52 PM: I would like to extend a belated welcome to "Irish" Tom Brady and Mark "The Shark" Rowbottom.

Mark has posted on the forum as LivePubPokerLeague (Now MarkTheShark) for a while now and is the Operations Manager for LPPL. With the recent announcement, you will all be seeing a lot more of Mark at live APAT events in the coming season. Some of you may have been introduced at the WCOAP in Nottingham over Easter.

Tom was the co-founder and owner of LPPL and is responsible for the LPPL side of things. He"s posting on the forum as "IrishTom". Tom regularly plays on the circuit in IPO"s, GPS"s (He"s reigning IPO Champion you know), so you might well bump into him at the tables.

I can testify both Mark and Tom are Fantastic guys, sometimes not getting enough credit for what is often a thankless task. Feel I own them both for there loyalty to me especially over this last year and a half as an active lppl player.

Tom for a warm contribution he made towards mine and the wife"s wedding and whisking us both off to play poker in Dublin (in which the wife outplayed us both to bubble the final table in her first live Event!!!)

Mark for showing confidence in me and taking me to my first APAT event (Luton Team even) - confidence that has helped keep my focus at the tables at times, knowing he"s got my back. Taking my banter in the spirit its meant and giving it back twice as good! Team Shark FTW.

From what I"ve seen and know of APAT so far, both will fit in a treat!

Appreciate the words though bud - and if you show as much confidence in yourself as you should have, you will make the step up to APAT level much easier than most will.

Chucky and I will be there next weekend at the APAT Masters - cant wait.
