Title: Help! Downloaded software on new PC and can't get in :(

Hi

I seem to have either forgotten my user name/password combo and cannot log in to poker.co.uk client. Is there a email address to contact to get my PW reset or confirm my username.

I thought it was redsimon63 but client seems to think not!

Hi Simon, I have sent you a PM with your username.

If you"ve forgotten your password, there is a "LOST PASSWORD" button on the log-in screen.

Hi Tony, just seen this. Are you still having problems?

It sounds like your firewall is blocking the connection. You will need to set it to allow connections from Poker.exe.
