Title: Goliath Satellite Query

So I won a satellite seat at their Luton casino a few weeks back and they forced me to choose a day 1 to play there and then. I now can"t play that day and wanted to move it. Contacted GUKPT via Facebook who said ring the cash desk at Coventry and they"ll change it over. Rang them and guess what... Apparently they are unable to change days.

Any ideas on how to get around this?

So after a couple of harshly written emails they somehow found a way to change it!

Now time to rake it down. Thanks guys
