You are sat in the Quad at a $5 table.
You get dealt 2s 3d 4d 6h 7s 9c 10c.
The cocktail waitress hasn"t been around in nearly 45 minutes and the dealer is an old Asian battleaxe with a permanent growl dealing as fast as she can, pretending she can"t speak English properly. You decide to go to another casino but find out that all the other tables around are at least $15 minimum.
What do you do?

Stay at original Pai Gow table and annoy the **** out of the battle axe until she cracks.
Laugh at such questions as :
"what is the chinese for **** all?" (P.McGuiness 2011)
and
"excuse me, have you got a complaint box, you are dealing ****" (Stockton Rock 2011)

Follow the basic rules.
We"re trying to drink as cheaply as possible.
We get up and walk (slowly because Pauiie don"t like walking) to Casino Royale for $1 beers and 100x odds cr@ps.

Nah this has gotta be wrong, no waitress for 45 minutes? We can"t overlook this part of the situation and it changes the math quite a bit.
I believe Paulies answer may be the best line here.
Tough spot though
