Title: seat exchange dublin june 14th

hi all have purchesed a seat from forum member

through the seat exchange link

it has been 24 hours now and have emailed customer@apat

2 confirm transfer have not had a reply

does any 1 know how long it takes didnt think it wd take this long

but as it is me 1st transfer thought it wd b done by now

any 1 else had any probs or is this normal ??

Hi Samuel,

We did respond to your email confirming that your swap with Wiggly has been made to the master player list.  The mail may have ended up in your spam folder, so it is worthwhile adding "customer@apat.com" to your address / friends list.

 The three of you should be sorted now then.....provided Stu has followed up my e-mails and texts.......it"s sometimes easier to talk to the Queen than getting  a reply out of Stu !
